2009 Downtown Design Guidelines

The Downtown Design Guidelines have been recently revised by the Janesville Historic Commission.  The guidelines are recommended for all downtown properties. They are required for all projects that receive funding from the City of Janesville, the Downtown Development Alliance, or through the Downtown Renaissance Loan Program.
